Friendship: Know who You Let in Your Life and Who You Let Out

We are designed and predisposed to live in a society , with each other through relationships. This simply means that for those who claim that they can be " by themselves", it is simply not possible or natural as we are destined to carry through life and accomplish our journey with the help of others through companionship, partnership, and friendship. But the main challenge when it comes to finding the right companion(s), is to pick the " right one(s)". In other words you can't simply let people waltz in and out of your life, we need to seriously censor and evaluate them and make sure that there are ground values that both parties share, as they will determine the value of your future relationships, their longevity, and whther they get you in or out of line with the plan that God has for your life.

A lesson that I have been learning is that there are not bad people I believe, only that the ones you call bad simply do not share the same values or vision that you do. Now your job is to make sure that the few people that you  bring in your inner circle are on the same page as you. I am not saying that you must find friends who are exactly like you, but they can be different from you in terms of taste, personality, and other , but must still share some ground values, believes, and vision that you do. Doing this will save one the headaches and problems that erupt from friendships between incompatible individuals.

From Personal Experience

Me!!!

I am a young girl like any other girl in her twenties. Perhaps what may set me apart is my faith in God and my STRUGGLE to try to be the best person that I can by obeying his commandments. However, I am still outgoing and can be very goofy and extremely playful at times. I thought about starting this blog because as a young christian girl, there are so many trials and tribulations that we face that sharing one's experience may help each other along our path to our father, our future families in case God blesses us with one, and the discovery of the person that we are supposed to be.

I hope you enjoy my posts and feel free to comment at any time. And please, any feedback will be helpful in the form of constructive criticism.
